My client for this cake was throwing a Sesame Street party for her daughter’s second birthday.  I decorated the top and bottom tier in bright polka dots and then used the second tier for the sesame street characters.  The characters that are in the middle are all around this tier.  I always try to decorate the entire cake, not just the front, so that it looks good from any angle.  I then made a little Oscar the Grouch to top the cake and wish her a “Happy Birthday.”
