My name is Hollis and I truly do love creating awesome cakes!  I have always loved to bake and when I was in 7th grade I took a cake decorating class with my grandmother.  I have to be honest, it didn’t really teach me much other than how to make icing flowers.  What it did do, though, was show me how much I loved to bake cakes.  From that moment on, if there was a family birthday it was my job to make the cake!

When I had kids, I again discovered my love of creating cakes.  I couldn’t wait for each birthday to come around and often, months before the actual birthday, I would begin planning the theme of the party and the perfect, complementing cake.  At each party, guests would ask where I got the cake and when I told them that I had made it, they always said that I should sell them.  I soon realized that’s really what I wanted to do and decided to start making cakes not just for my boys, but for my friends and family as well.  Now I don’t have to limit myself to just two birthdays a year but can create cakes year round.  I look forward to talking with you to create the perfect personalized cake to complement your special occasion.
