I created this cake for the Country Day School of McLean’s 50th anniversary auction.  It is a replica of the original school house which is dated from the early 1900’s.  To create the cake, I used several 9 x 13 inch cakes and then carved them to create the shape of the school.  I then used fondant and cake to create the front porch.
